This week’s letter is B. We’ll sort and count with buttons and tiny bears( color and number review), make bees and birds and play outdoors with bubbles!

We’ll read Fine Feathered Friends (Tish Rabe), A Gardener’s Alphabet (Mary Azarian),B is for Bulldozer (June Sobel) and It Looked Like Spilt Milk (Charles G. Shaw).

The children enjoy circle time— learning our routine and songs, recognizing their names ( on the name cards and on their chairs ), waiting for their turns and encouraging their friends!
We’ll read and illustrate this poem:

Fall Leaves
Red, yellow, orange, brown
Leaves are falling all around
See them dance in the cool fall air
Rake them and pile them
And bag them with care!
